Key Delivery Details
- Tracking Updates: If your chosen shipping service includes tracking, all relevant parcel information will be provided in your Despatch Notification email.
- Bulk Orders: For large or bulk orders, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
- BFPO Addresses: We are happy to ship to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. Most items are shipped at no extra cost; if an additional charge is required, we will contact you within one working day of your order. Please ensure your BFPO address meets standard formatting to ensure timely arrival.
- Mail Forwarders: If you are using a UK-based mail forwarding company, please use your own name and address for the billing section and the forwarder's address for delivery. Note that new customers using forwarders may be asked to provide proof of identity.
