Delivery with Cozy Mole Enterprise LTD

We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Dispatch times depend on the products and quantities ordered, so we don't promise the same dispatch date for every order. If we anticipate a delay, we'll get in touch with an update.

Delivery charges

Delivery options and charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Delivery charges are not automatically waived above a particular order value.

Dispatch updates and tracking

We'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched. If the delivery service offers tracking, we'll include the tracking information so you can follow your parcel. Estimated delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.

Large and bulk orders

Larger orders can require extra preparation time. If you need items for a nursery, school, group or event by a particular date, please email us before ordering so we can discuss availability and an estimated timeframe.

BFPO addresses and mail forwarders

For BFPO deliveries or deliveries via a UK mail-forwarding service, please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about the available service or charges. Use accurate billing and delivery details at checkout.
